Blue Point Brewing Company

Type: Brewery, Restaurant, Headquarters Office

Adaptive reuse of a vacant commercial building in Patchogue, New York into headquarters and a full production brewery for one of Long Island's first craft breweries. Brewing, canning, distribution, a lab, and a tasting room occupy the ground floor; a mezzanine restaurant overlooks the brewhouse and the lake. A former loading dock became the entry, with a wood slipway over a gravel beach and an oyster-shell installation made in collaboration with local non-profit, Billion Oyster Project.
